At Mestura, we bring back the flavours of the Canary Islands and reinterpret them with contemporary techniques, without losing the essence of each recipe.

Puchero stew, garbanzas, goat, fish and produce from the islands all have a place in our kitchen.

Since 2025, Mestura has been a collaborating member of ASOCECA, the Canary Islands Association for People with Coeliac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity. This reflects our commitment to food safety and to making Canarian cuisine enjoyable for people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity.
